What NANOTECHNOLOGY Is?

Nanotechnology is developed in 1980’s caused by the convergence of experimental advances such as the invention of the scanning tunneling microscope and the discovery of fullerness.
Nanotechnology refers to the projected ability to construct items from the bottom-up, using techniques and tools being developed today to make complete, high performance and a high quality products. It is the study of manipulating matter on an atomic and molecular scale. It deals with the structure sized between 1-100 nanometer in at least one dimension. Imagine how nanotechnology works in the name of measurement and size for because one nanometer (nm) is one billionth of a meter. To put that scale in another context , the comparative size of a nanometer to meter is the same as that of a marble to the size of the Earth. Another way of putting it: a nanometer is the amount an average man’s bread grows in the time it takes him to raise the razer to his face.
              That’s what nanotechnology is.
